The Hyperclan tell the world that they have captured Superman for destroying a dam in Bangladesh. Letter Column: The Extreme Justice team has not been officially disbanded. SYNOPSIS The Flash races with Zum around the world from Beijing to Mount Rushmore each using superspeed tricks, in the end Barry Allen's "Flash Facts" win as Zum lands half a world away. Returning to the Gobi Desert Flash helps Green Lantern defeat Zenturion and Armek, they then discover that the Hyperclan mind control transmitters are hidden in hyperspace. A revived Zenturion and Armek surprise the two heroes and manage to defeat them. Meanwhile back at the Antarctic Watchtower Batman who survived the plane crash deduces that the Hyperclan are in fact Martians via their abilities and fear of fire. Using these facts he manages to take down A-Mortal and then Tronix, Zenturion and Fluxus in one go. While Protex had been preparing to execute the captured Leaguers on television the actions of Batman force him to initiate a full invasion from cloaked orbital cruisers.
